Classes & Social Fitness

We offer several classes through the week at our dedicated gym that range from learning how to fight together as a team to individual wrestling, swordfighting skills and fitness sessions.

There is no better way to be motivated to improve your fitness and get goals than by doing something you love with friends!

Even if you are more interested in the social environment and not necessarily joining in the group session, there is equipment available to use for your own individual workouts!

Armoured Combat Sports

Buhurt – Outrance – Duels
This is where you can take medieval combat to the extreme.

Buhurt – Imagine MMA and Rugby combined with steel weapons and armour, and you’re getting close. This is the Melee.

Outrance – Medieval Mixed Martial Arts. Kicks, knees, elbows, swords, groundfighting… it’s here.

Duels – A test of swordsmanship and endurance in rounds of continuous blows for points.

If you want to experience fighting in full intensity look no further.
This is where you don’t need to pull our punches and you can push to the limit. *In competition*

Of course we don’t want to see any injuries at training so we keep things friendly at the gym. That is where we build our comraderie and form into an awesome team to travel interstate and abroad to take on the world!
Or you can participate at demo days and fun tournaments for an amazing time without the stress of competition. Either approach to this amazing sport is encouraged!

HEMA – Historical Fencing

Historical European Martial Arts.
Or are you more interested in the subtleties and intricacies of the historical fighting techniques used back in the day?

If you have a scholarly side or you are a history buff then this will be for you!
